Hey, welcome to Angry People.
The comic is on an unstructured hiatus at the moment. Comics may be updated at random intervals. The comic will return to some sort of regular updating schedule at a future undetermined time...when the time is determined itll be announced on the site.
In the mean time, check out over 2 years of archives, and the still-active forums.
Oh yea, and if you feel like the archives were entertaining enough to send me a little tip, I wouldn't complain.

Most of you readers know that Corey Marie, creator of Life's So Rad is my roommate. This summer we are having a litle shindig for fans of the comic, including a rock show, a scavenger hunt, and a BBBQ (the extra B is for "don't drink at our party").

This is sort of related to the comic....
You all remember Punk's former bandmates Sage and Pat? They were based on a member and former member of my favorite band from Seattle, and one of my favorite bands of all time, The Last Great Liar. They're doing a little touring right now, so if you live near the places they are playing, you should check them out! Tell them I sent ya...they'll tell you what a big geek I am.

I'm sorry...I really was planning to do a comic when I got home from work tonight...but I just found out that our landlord is planning to sell the house we're renting. If you didn't know, I love our house, so there's all the emotional attachment on top of the hassle of finding a new place to live and such...

I tell ya, this comicking business...it's flighty. I was dry for a month then BAM, today I got two comic ideas in a row. That means there will be a comic on Wednesday too.
Yes, good ol' Huck Finn, Mikey, Sandy, Barney, the Artful Dodger...oh yea, and that hobbit kid, whatsisname. He'll be joining Ricvers Cuomo and Wesley Crusher in Chick's closet. What, did you REALLY think she'd throw Rivers away?
For the record, I have a bigger crush on Elijah Wood than I'll ever admit.

p.s. if you want on the angry people mailing list, just sign up for the message board. all you need to do is enter your e-mail address and a username, you don't even have to post on the boards. you'll receive e-mail on times when i go without updating for awhile and then suddenly return, blazing through the sky like a phoenix....or something.

Okay! So I just realized that I can send mass e-mails to everyone who has registered for the message board. This is much simpler and handier than the cumbersome mailing list deal I was using before, so if you'd like to receive periodic mailings about Angry People (very periodic, like when I update after a break, or if I'm going to a convention, or if I get some merch, etc), register for the message board and you're set.
You should be registered for the message board anyway....why aren't you??

Alright, here's the story, morning glory:
in addition to just being behind in comics, I spent last weekend in the hospital (tooth infection got out of hand), and I just accepted a second job.
These do not bear well on my ability to get comics done, unfortunately...but don't worry, I haven't given up on you. I'll be back, I'm just not sure when.

I don't really have a good excuse for not getting a comic up on time....but I won't just skip it. At the very worst, I will update on Monday and you'll be able to click back for a Friday comic.

Yes, new comic. I couldn't get online this morning to post a news thingy about it. I think this should make it perfectly clear that Guy and Chick are still at the mall. Running into Film Buff, the femenazi sign, etc, were all at the mall.
Just so you know. they'll probably be there for awhile yet :)

Grue, your sketch will be mailed out today, and Dave's too, godwilling.
Plans for comic con are a-brewin'. A bunch of Keen artists have gotten together to reserve hotel rooms, and I tell, they are going like hotcakes! Luckily, we managed to secure a group of rooms in a small hotel that's fairly cheap.
Corey (of LSR) and I are definitely getting a table in small press. If you want to send me a little donation to help that out, you're certainly welcome to ;)
